20 EDGE REWARD Points/₹100 on eligible IndianOil fuel, advertised as 4% value, up to ₹5,000 eligible spend/calendar month. Eligible settled fuel transactions must meet the bank’s ₹400–₹4,000 range.

Other eligible purchases

5 points/₹100 on eligible online purchases up to ₹5,000/month; 1 point/₹100 on other eligible purchases. Monthly caps, complete ₹100 blocks and merchant exclusions apply.

1% fuel surcharge waiver within the ₹400–₹4,000 range, maximum ₹50/statement cycle; surcharge GST is not refunded. Standard ₹500 + tax annual fee has a ₹3.5 lakh qualifying-spend waiver.

Who should get it

This is the regular IndianOil Axis card. It suits eligible IndianOil fuel purchases within the monthly cap; using the name IndianOil does not make every pump or payment route qualify.

Evaluate net savings after any unwaived surcharge, taxes, redemption choice and category caps. Product headlines are not a guarantee for an ineligible merchant or transaction.

Eligibility follows the merchant category code and transaction data received by the issuer, so the merchant name alone may not determine whether a transaction earns rewards.

  • Insurance, education, government, utilities and jewellery where excluded by the issued-card terms

IndianOil Axis Bank FAQs

Do all IndianOil outlets and payment routes qualify?

Only eligible IndianOil transactions meeting the settlement range, merchant identification and monthly cap qualify. Do not assume a generic UPI transfer earns the fuel accelerator.

Is reward value the same as cash?

The bank’s 4% example uses its stated point value. This is points value under reward terms, separate from the surcharge waiver and any redemption charges.

Does every fuel purchase get the surcharge refunded?

No. The applicable outlet, transaction range and issuer programme govern the waiver. GST on surcharge is not refunded.
