1) Who Can Use Our Services

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use paid Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

2) What Book1A Is and What We Provide

Book1A is a learning and tracking platform designed to help users manage and understand their rewards ecosystem. The platform may include a dashboard to track and organize credit card points, and educational guidance on how to extract maximum value, such as optimizing points for free flights and hotel stays for vacations.

Book1A is an education-first platform focused on rewards and loyalty topics, including (as applicable):

• Credit card rewards tracking (dashboards, summaries, views, and point organization tools)
• Miles game and airline loyalty education (earning, transferring, and redeeming points or miles)
• Hotel loyalty programs and hotel points (earning and redemption learning, elite benefit basics)
• Optimization frameworks (spend planning, reward maximization, milestone approaches)
• Reward points, miles and cashback learning (value concepts, comparisons, strategy education)
• Articles, guides, videos, templates, workshops, sessions, community learning, and curated events
• AI-powered chat to help users explore concepts and learn faster

Not regulated advice: Everything we provide is for education and awareness. We are not a licensed investment advisor, broker, legal advisor, tax consultant, or accountant. You should verify details independently and consult qualified professionals where required.

3) Payments and Access

• Paid Services require payment before access is granted.
• Pricing, inclusions, and availability may be changed at any time.
• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways. Payment gateway downtime, failures, bank delays, or technical errors are outside our control.

4) Final Sale Policy (No Refunds)

All purchases are final. Once payment is successfully completed, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or reversals except where required by law.

This applies even if:

• You change your mind
• You do not use the service or use it partially
• You miss a session or event or cannot attend
• You face technical issues on your side
• You are dissatisfied with outcomes or results

5) AI Chat Feature - Important Disclaimers

Book1A may provide an AI-based chat feature ("AI Chat"). We make strong efforts to keep outputs helpful and as accurate as reasonably possible, but AI can generate incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading responses.

You agree and understand that:

• AI Chat is for general informational learning only.
• AI Chat is not a substitute for professional advice or independent verification.
• You must confirm any information before taking action.

Zero liability for decisions or recommendations: AI Chat is not responsible or liable for any decision or outcome related to:

• Flights, airlines, ticketing, routing, fare rules, cancellations, refunds, upgrades, or availability
• Points or miles strategies, transfers, redemption value, or program changes
• Hotel points, bookings, upgrades, elite benefits, or availability
• Cashback calculations, reward points, milestone planning, or expected savings
• Credit card recommendations, applications, approvals or declines, limits, charges, fees, disputes, or usage
• Any financial, travel, or purchase decision of any kind

If you rely on AI Chat, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6) Chat Feature Misuse and Membership Enforcement

To protect fair access, Book1A monitors usage signals for abuse and policy breaches. If we detect misuse of AI Chat or membership access, we may suspend or permanently terminate your membership immediately (with or without notice) and without any refund, in line with our strict no-refund policy.

Misuse includes (but is not limited to):

• Sharing credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Multiple simultaneous logins
• Logins from different locations or devices suggesting account sharing
• Attempting to bypass access controls, limits, or paywalls
• Using bots or automation to spam queries, scrape outputs, or overload the system
• Abusive or disruptive behavior in any community or communication channel
• Attempting to reverse engineer prompts, system logic, or AI behavior

We may decide misuse based on reasonable security indicators and internal checks.

7) Dashboard and Tracking Tools - Data Accuracy

Our dashboard and tracking features are built to help you organize your rewards information. However:

• The dashboard may rely on user inputs, third-party data, or integrations (if any)
• Errors, delays, missing data, or mismatches may occur
• You must verify balances, expiry dates, and reward rules directly with the bank or loyalty program provider

Book1A is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on dashboard data.

8) Third-Party Dependence and Program Changes

The miles game, hotel loyalty programs, banks, and reward systems are controlled by third parties. Their terms can change at any time, including:

• Devaluations, reward rate changes, exclusions, eligibility updates
• Transfer partner changes and blackout or availability restrictions
• Portal changes, merchant category changes, fees, limits, and caps

Book1A does not control these changes and cannot guarantee that any method, strategy, or example will remain valid.

9) Your Conduct and Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content or tools without permission
• Scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use automation that harms service stability or fairness
• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, tools, and original materials provided by Book1A are owned by Book 1A LLP (or licensed to us). You may use them only for personal learning unless we provide written permission otherwise.

11) Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services (including AI Chat, memberships, dashboard features, community features, events, or content access) for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal reasons, or business reasons. We are not liable for downtime or changes in features.

12) Security and Accounts

• Keep credentials private
• Inform us if you suspect unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect limited usage data to improve Services (including AI Chat), while aiming to protect user privacy and comply with applicable law.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book 1A LLP will not be liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on our content, consulting, dashboard outputs, or AI Chat outputs; missed rewards, cashback, approvals, redemptions, or savings; third-party policy changes, outages, devaluations, disputes, or booking failures; or indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities).

If liability cannot be excluded under law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to protect and reimburse Book 1A LLP (and its team or partners) against claims or costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your breach of laws or third-party rights, or actions you take based on the Services.

16) Termination

We may suspend or permanently stop your access to Services (including memberships or AI Chat) if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. Termination does not create any refund right.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version posted on our website will apply. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

18) Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
