Refund & Cancellation Policy

Book 1A LLP

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Book1A (operated by Book 1A LLP) including memberships, subscriptions, digital content, dashboard access, consulting or advisory services, and AI Chat access (together, the "Services"). By making a payment on Book1A, you agree to this policy in full.

1) No Cancellations

Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2) No Refunds (Strict Policy)

All payments made to Book 1A LLP are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, reversals, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the Services
  • Partial use or non-use of the Services
  • Inability to access due to your device, email, network, or login issues
  • Delays caused by your availability or scheduling preferences
  • Accidental payments or incorrect plan selection
  • Misunderstanding of features, inclusions, or limitations
  • Third-party changes (banks, airlines, hotels, portals changing rewards, terms, availability, or policies)
  • Any reliance on information outputs, dashboards, calculators, or AI Chat responses

3) Digital-Only Services

Book1A provides digital services. There is no physical shipping, delivery, or return of goods at any stage. Access to digital content, tools, or memberships is considered delivered once it is made available to your account.

4) Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

By completing payment, you acknowledge this strict no-refund policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment gateway after purchase.

If a chargeback or dispute is raised, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account or membership access immediately
  • Restrict future access
  • Contest the dispute with relevant evidence (policy acceptance, access logs, invoices, usage records)

5) Exceptional Situations

If Book1A is unable to provide access to a paid Service due to a confirmed platform-side failure that is solely attributable to us (and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a suitable alternative such as access extension. This does not create a general refund entitlement and does not override the strict no-refund policy unless required by law.
