Ten hotel nights can earn you 2,000 Bonus Green Points.

The same ten nights can earn you 50,000.

You do not need a more expensive room. You do not need to extend your trip. You only need to distribute those nights intelligently across the ITC Hotels portfolio.

Club ITC’s new Stay More, Earn More promotion rewards members who complete at least ten eligible room nights between 21 August 2026 and 20 February 2027.

Once the ten-night requirement is complete, your bonus depends on the number of different participating hotels or brands you cover.

How the offer works

The five participating brands are:

• ITC Hotels
• Mementos by ITC Hotels
• Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels
• Storii by ITC Hotels
• Fortune Hotels

You receive only the highest milestone achieved. The bonuses are not cumulative.

If you reach the 50,000-point milestone, you receive 50,000 points...not 50,000 plus the bonuses from the previous three levels.

Ten nights are compulsory

Visiting the required number of hotels or brands is not enough on its own.

Suppose you spend one night at each of the five brands. You have completed the brand requirement for the highest reward, but you have only completed five room nights.

You still need another five eligible nights before you can receive the 50,000-point bonus.

The offer always has two parts:

1. Complete at least ten eligible room nights.
2. Complete the hotel or brand requirement for your chosen reward level.

The fifth brand changes everything

The biggest jump comes at the end:

• Four brands can earn 20,000 points.
• All five brands can earn 50,000 points.

That missing fifth brand is worth another 30,000 Bonus Green Points.

Imagine this travel pattern:

You now need one more night.

Book that night at another ITC, Welcomhotel, Fortune or Storii property and you may finish at the 20,000-point level.

Book it at an eligible Mementos property and you complete ten nights across all five brands, potentially unlocking 50,000 points.

The number of nights remains the same. The reward changes because the final night was placed correctly.

A practical route to 50,000 points

There is no prescribed distribution. This is one possible itinerary:

You could instead spend six nights with one brand and one night at each of the remaining four. The promotion does not require two nights per brand.

It requires:

• Ten eligible room nights in total
• At least one eligible stay across each of the five participating brands

Plan the Mementos night first

The promotion currently includes:

Mementos has only two participating hotels:

• Mementos by ITC Hotels Ekaaya, Udaipur
• Mementos by ITC Hotels Jaipur

That makes Mementos the likely bottleneck for anyone targeting the 50,000-point milestone.

It is easier to find a Fortune, Welcomhotel or ITC Hotel around an existing trip. The Mementos stay may require a deliberate visit to Jaipur or Udaipur.

Secure that night first. Build the remaining itinerary around it.

Can you use Green Points to book the qualifying nights?

No. ITC Hotels has now updated the terms of the ongoing Stay More, Earn More promotion and specifically clarified that stays paid using Club ITC Green Points will not count towards the 10 qualifying room nights required under the offer.

This is an important change because the offer had already gone live without this exclusion being clearly stated. Based on the earlier wording and the general Club ITC programme terms, Reward Nights booked using Green Points appeared to qualify as eligible stays, and many members had already started planning their stays and redemptions around that interpretation.

ITC has now added a specific exclusion stating that room nights paid using Green Points are not eligible for the 10-night requirement under this promotion.

Therefore, if your objective is to complete the qualifying nights for the Stay More, Earn More offer, you should not rely on a stay booked or settled using Green Points.

This mid-promotion change is particularly disappointing because customers may have already transferred points, redeemed Green Points, booked hotels or structured upcoming travel around the original terms. Changing a material eligibility condition after an offer has already started creates unnecessary confusion and can directly impact members who acted based on the terms available when the promotion launched.

If you have already made a booking using Green Points specifically for this promotion, we recommend contacting Club ITC and seeking written clarification on whether bookings made before the updated terms were published will be honoured under the earlier conditions.

Can you combine Green Points and cash?

Club ITC may normally allow eligible hotel bills to be settled using a combination of Green Points and an accepted cash or card payment.

However, for this particular Stay More, Earn More promotion, the updated terms specifically exclude stays paid using Green Points from qualifying towards the 10-night requirement.

Because the wording has been changed after the promotion went live, we would avoid using Green Points — either fully or partially — for any stay that you specifically want to count towards this offer unless Club ITC provides written confirmation that a partial Green Points redemption will still remain eligible.

The safest approach for anyone chasing the 10 qualifying nights is to make an eligible paid booking through the permitted ITC Hotels channels and settle the stay without using Green Points.

Separately, normal Club ITC earning rules may still apply to eligible paid dining, spa or other qualifying charges, depending on how those expenses are billed and settled. But that should not be confused with eligibility for the 10-night promotional requirement.

Will an existing booking qualify?

The promotion terms do not impose a booking-date restriction.

They say that eligible stays must be completed between 21 August 2026 and 20 February 2027. They do not say that the reservation must be created after 21 August.

A booking made before the promotion began should therefore qualify when:

• It was booked through the ITC Hotels website or app.
• It is at a hotel listed for this promotion.
• It uses an eligible rate.
• The member completes the stay during the offer period.
• The correct Club ITC membership number is attached.

For example, a direct ITC booking made in July for a September stay is not excluded merely because it was reserved before the promotion began.

An old OTA booking will not qualify. The stay date does not repair an ineligible booking channel.

What if your stay crosses the offer dates?

The published terms do not explain how ITC will treat a stay that begins outside the promotion and ends inside it.

For example:

• Check-in on 20 August and checkout on 22 August
• Check-in on 19 February and checkout on 21 February

The safest approach is to keep every intended room night completely inside the promotion period:

• Check in on or after 21 August 2026.
• Complete the final night by 19 February 2027.
• Check out no later than 20 February 2027.

Do you need to register?

The published terms do not mention a separate registration or opt-in requirement.

You must nevertheless be a Club ITC member. Before the first stay:

1. Join Club ITC.
2. Log in before making the booking.
3. Attach your membership number to every reservation.
4. Confirm the number at check-in.
5. Retain the booking confirmation and final folio.

Do not depend on a retroactive points request to rescue a stay completed before your Club ITC membership was properly attached.

Only direct bookings count

The offer is valid only for bookings made through:

• The official ITC Hotels website
• The ITC Hotels app

Bookings made through other channels do not qualify.

That includes reservations made through online travel agencies such as:

• MakeMyTrip
• Booking.com
• Agoda
• Cleartrip
• Expedia

Paying for an OTA booking at the hotel does not convert it into a direct booking. The original booking channel remains the same.

Before choosing a ₹2,000 OTA discount, calculate the value of the promotional milestone you may lose.

What is an eligible room night?

An eligible room night must form part of an Eligible Stay.

An Eligible Stay is generally one or more consecutive nights:

• At a participating hotel
• Occupied by the Club ITC member
• Booked on an eligible rate
• Billed to the member’s account

Eligible rates can include:

• Standard and premium retail rates
• Advance-purchase rates
• Eligible corporate negotiated rates
• Eligible government rates
• Reward Nights booked using Green Points

Always check the individual rate conditions. A hotel may participate in the promotion while a particular rate remains ineligible.

What will not count?

Complimentary rooms

A complimentary room is an ineligible rate and does not receive eligible room-night credit.

A Reward Night booked using Green Points is treated differently. Club ITC specifically includes Reward Nights within its definition of an Eligible Stay.

Day-use packages

Effective 27 May 2026, day-use bookings do not receive room-night credit.

You may earn Green Points on certain eligible spending during the visit, but the booking will not help complete the ten-night requirement.

Crew and employee rates

Crew and employee rates are ineligible under the Club ITC programme rules.

Group and conference bookings

Rooms booked under group, meeting, conference, organised-tour or certain package rates are generally ineligible for individual room-night credit.

An event organiser may earn points separately under the MICE rules, but the individual occupants should not assume those nights count for this promotion.

Cancelled reservations and no-shows

A reservation is not a completed room night.

Cancellation charges and no-show fees do not produce eligible room-night credit, even when the booking was prepaid.

Can one long stay complete the offer?

Ten consecutive eligible nights at one hotel can complete the ten-night requirement, but it cannot complete the hotel or brand-diversity requirement.

Ten nights at ITC Maurya still cover:

• One hotel
• One brand

The first reward requires at least three different hotels or two different brands.

You need both the ten-night minimum and the relevant diversity milestone.

Can you book multiple rooms to finish faster?

No.

Club ITC allows eligible spending credit for multiple rooms under certain conditions. However, only the room occupied by the member receives room-night credit.

Booking three rooms for one night does not create three eligible room nights. It produces one room-night credit for the member’s occupied room.

What happens with back-to-back reservations?

Checking out and returning to the same participating hotel within 24 hours is treated as one stay.

Breaking a continuous hotel visit into separate reservations will not turn one hotel into multiple hotels or brands.

The genuine eligible nights may still count towards the ten-night total, but the split does not help with hotel diversity.

How much are 50,000 Green Points worth?

For instant redemption against eligible hotel services:

1 Green Point = ₹1

That gives 50,000 Green Points a potential value of ₹50,000 toward eligible hotel services through this redemption route.

Green Points are not cashback. They cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

Their value also depends on how you redeem them:

Redeeming 50,000 Green Points for an ITC Hotels Gift Card will not produce a ₹50,000 gift card because that route provides a lower value per Green Point.

Regular points continue separately

The promotional bonus is over and above the regular Green Points earned on eligible spending.

Current standard earning rates are:

Spending settled using Green Points, gift certificates, gift cards, gift vouchers or discount codes does not earn regular Green Points on that portion.

When will the bonus arrive?

Regular Green Points will be credited after checkout under the normal programme process.

The promotional bonus will be credited within 30 days after the complete offer period ends.

The promotion ends on 20 February 2027. ITC is not promising to credit the bonus within 30 days of your tenth night.

Retain every reservation confirmation and hotel folio until the bonus appears.

Do the points expire?

Under the current Club ITC rules, accumulated Green Points can be forfeited after 24 consecutive months of account inactivity.

An eligible earning or redemption activity keeps the account active, subject to the prevailing programme terms.

For someone trying to cover five brands, Rajasthan is the most useful state: it has both Mementos properties alongside ITC Hotels, Welcomhotel and Storii. You can complete four of the five brands within Rajasthan, then add a Fortune stay elsewhere.

The strategy in one line

Complete ten eligible nights through direct bookings, but do not let those nights collect randomly.

Secure the difficult Mementos stay first. Cover Storii, Fortune, Welcomhotel and ITC Hotels through the rest of your travel. Track every eligible night and retain every folio.

If you are already likely to complete ten nights, moving one planned stay to the missing fifth brand can be worth another 30,000 Green Points.

That is where this promotion becomes interesting: the greatest value does not come from staying more. It comes from placing the stays you already need in the right order.
